Discovering Team Effectiveness
High performing teams are integral to organisational success. Healthy, focused and balanced teams are more likely to remain engaged and productive.

Discovering Team Effectiveness explores team preferences: how teams like to work together and how well they work together.

Building on the self-awareness developed through their Insights Discovery profile, this workshop helps teams learn how their preferences affect interpersonal dynamics and performance. Facilitated discussions and guided exercises enable teams to examine how they communicate, what motivates them and what gets in the way. A practical action plan then accelerates the team to greater success.

Who is it for?
Improving team engagement and increasing productivity is a priority for every organisation. Discovering Team Effectiveness is essential for:
-
Newly formed or recently merged teams
-
Teams under new leadership

-
Teams who want to develop a high-performance culture
-
Virtual or hybrid teams who are struggling to build relationships

The Team Effectiveness Model
Effective teams need strong processes, a healthy climate, flow between team members and a clear focus. A balanced team is a successful team and if one of these areas isn't working properly the team is less effective.

This model can help to address issues and bring the team back into balance.
How does it work?
Once you have completed the Insights Discovery evaluator, a group of up to 12 peers, managers, direct reports or customers is invited to complete a 10-question assessment about you, with the option to add comments. Feedback can be named or anonymous.

Then we use the Discovery Full Circle profiles in a series of team workshops and/or individual coaching sessions. Personal reflection and guided conversations allow people to explore their impact on others and any potential blindspots. They can then createe a practical action plan for development.
